Summary
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated, well-organized and hands-on individual with prior experience in both the planning and buying of online media (CPM, CPC and CPA) campaigns with advanced knowledge on the ad tech ecosystem. Additionally, the candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in managing and executing online media buys while ensuring they maintain the minimum acceptable ROI metrics/goals. Working in a small team, as well as independently, the candidate will be given high levels of autonomy, but is expected to deliver quality work in a timely fashion. Depending on candidates’ qualifications and fit with our team, this role will be a senior strategist or manager-level position.


Description

  • Consultative engagement with platform clients in regards to supporting the value via campaigns, feature support and ensuring consistent spend flow through the Platform
  • Ensure monetizable features that offer value to clients of the Platform are highlighted and are in use by all clients
  • Work collaboratively with regional digital strategy lead in regional or local pitches as needed by the sales/business development teams
  • Develop go to market strategies, plans and engage with Sales, Client Success and Trading team in new ideas on client collateral (such as reporting), analysis and in supporting case studies.
  • Perform analysis, assist in campaign optimization and in developing strategies for meeting and exceeding client KPI’s
  • Highly organized and effective management of all the implementation details associated with media campaigns with focus on paid search campaigns

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent substantial work experience strongly preferred
  • In depth knowledge of web analytics, and best practices for online advertising strongly preferred
  • Strong campaign management skills with specific knowledge of advertising technology platforms including Demand Side Platforms, SSP’s, optimization features and 3rd party data platforms
  • Strong focus on collecting, slicing/dicing target audiences for data targeting
  • Candidates with 2-4 year experience in Online Media Planning / Buying with experience in managing large and medium sized clients and planning SEM campaigns

CtrlShift is seeking for an exceptional Data Scientist who has a strong interest and focus towards working on challenges and solving business problems in the marketing and advertising industry. We are looking for an individual contributor whom has worked in the field of data science with experience in large data sets that are characterized by high volume and frequency. You are curious, interested to learn a new industry and can devise solutions to complex business and operational challenges that involve structured/unstructured data. You will be working closely with the product, engineering and operations teams and will get the opportunity to work with subject matter experts and at the same mentor resources keen to learn.


Description

  • Develop data pipelines with automated, machine-learning systems that convert large source data sets into actionable signals
  • Build complex models and performing exploratory analysis on the HUB’s wealth of data including campaign performance and audience data to extract valuable insights and forecasting a variety of operational metrics
  • Effective partnership with engineering and platform team on building new data driven features for the HUB to improve the intelligence, automation, recommendations, and customer experience
  • Cover all aspects of creating models including collecting requirements, data profiling, cleansing, preparation, identifying features, selecting algorithms, building and back testing models
  • Strategize to test multiple models and measure performance, with focus on improving the recommendation system, expert system, campaigns performances, and providing insights to the Hub users

Requirements

  • PhD/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or other quantitative fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, data analytics, or applied statistics
  • Experience with machine learning, data mining, statistical modeling tools and underlying algorithms
  • Extensive experience in R, Python, and/or other languages and frameworks appropriate for large scale analysis of data. (Java/C++ is a plus)
  • Knowledge of various machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, MLib etc.

The successful candidate will be working alongside with the HR Manager to:

  • Create and maintain up-to-date employee records and other HR databases
  • Assist in the whole recruitment process
  • Assist in processing of work passes – new, renewal, cancellation

This position requires the ability to provide administrative support to our Co-Founder/Chairman and CEO. Responsibilities will include communicating, scheduling, travel and administrative duties; supporting general office and organization administration for the 5 CtrlShift offices.


Description

  • Proactive daily management of administrative duties comprising of extensive travel planning and meeting schedules, arrangement and coordination of schedules and appointments across different time zones
  • Provide support to the Chairman and CEO in their daily administrative needs including managing flight/ground transportation, visa applications, hotel booking, expense claims, travel claims, taxation and etc.
  • Handle the company’s confidential documents
  • Optimize Facility Management budgets in the region
  • Manage contracts/vendors and price negotiations for office lease, office equipment & supply
  • Manage contractor and vendors for office maintenance, renovation and relocation
  • Ensure the office environment in each country is compliant with local legal and professional policies as well as CtrlShift’s objectives
