Summary
Client Success Manager is a client success and sales role combined, which is focused on consulting with the media agencies or direct clients providing solutions from our premium publisher partner(s), distributing the right solutions for clients in the country. The role involves building relationships and trust with media agencies, direct clients selling the right media solutions, supporting their business end-to-end; from completing the pre-sales cycle, sales prospecting, proposal, conversion and post-sales support, including client support, campaign management, optimization and reporting, post campaign analysis, recommendation and upselling to retain customer to repeat. Individual will be responsible in providing clients (media agencies & direct brands) with digital consultancy to drive sales initiatives. He/she is required to meet individual revenue targets on a monthly & quarterly basis. This is a full-time role based in Philippines. The role will report to Business Development Director based in Philippines. In CtrlShift, you will be working with a small but strong team. We will provide you with a lot of freedom to operate and contribute; but as they say, with great autonomy comes great responsibility; so we expect you to deliver quality work in a deadline-based environment.


Description
Full time position based in Philippines, reporting to Business Development Director in Philippines. He/ she performs a wide range of duties including the following: Sales & Marketing Activities

  • Mapping the publisher’s business goals to market strengths and acceptance, aligning those goals to the missions of our organization
  • Grow existing business/client base through developing creative ideas including formulating strategies, provide localized market insights and drive increase in sales through innovation in customized solutions & brand relevant ideas, aiming to meet (or exceed) the Publisher’s sales target
  • Support Publisher’s local initiatives, ie: develop sales initiatives to support the strategic partnership with Publisher, including providing product packaging initiatives (what works for local market), trade marketing initiatives and new ideas
  • Lead/drive work in progress meetings for local market; ie: sales pipeline update and conversion tracking, analysis of market & feedback, challenges and solution discussions.
  • Become the trusted partner of the Publisher by taking ownership of their business in local market entrusted by partners
  Business function/ Organize:  
  • Work closely with Publisher Management Lead, Ad Ops teams (our internal team), maintain regular contact with Publisher and internal teams, but focused on educating the best of Publisher’s solution to clients/media agencies
  • Ensure that the CtrlShift’s products and services are clearly communicated and represented in market(s) – Factual selling & becoming the product experts in market
  • Support in Publisher’s brand and product awareness activities, roadshow, events, training, etc
  • Communicate the progress of sales through sales tracking activities (WIP), participate in annual/quarterly/regular evaluation, post mortems/analysis of campaigns, identify opportunities and challenges with proposed solutions moving forward
  • Internally, look at constantly improving business processes within the divisions to ensure seamless work flow and increased efficiency
  • Able to host, present and lead meetings with key decision makers within the industry
  • Constantly researching and grow knowledge on online advertising and marketing trends globally
  • Gain visibility through industry events and professionally represent CtrlShift to customer base
  Control
  • Writing reports (meeting recaps, project briefing, WIP, etc), keeping records, tracking of the sales activities and campaign performances
  • Monitor sales activities, ensuring that planned activities are executed, effectively and timely
  • Be invaluable to the Publisher by providing strategic market intelligence, consultation to strengthen publisher’s positioning, gain their utmost respect that their business are in good hands

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of digital or other media sales experience

Summary
CtrlShift is seeking an innovative Data Analytics Manager who enjoys working with data from all walks – business, marketing, and advertising campaigns! This role is looking for a curious, hands-on-experienced individual who will work cross teams gathering data requirements, dive into the data sources and build quality outputs. We are also looking for someone who is diligent, looks forward to working in small teams, can stand out individually and deploy new tools when required.  
  • Build awesome reporting dashboards and metrics to help our trading, sales and client services teams measure success
  • Provide insightful analysis to help identify and improve growth opportunities
  • Own the Business Intelligence solution – yes its ownership and accountability! Develop reporting, dashboards using multiple sources of data such as CRM, DSPs, DMPs etc
  • Collaborate as part of a team to drive analyses and insights that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance, working with data scientists, the engineering and business teams
  • Run adhoc data pull requests for various teams – this is for on-going business
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency within our teams and solve complex client business problems
  • Understand the entire product suite that CtrlShift offers and be the data expert – working with different teams, their requirements and help build great solutions for our clients


Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s (or Master’s) Degree: Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, and/or Information Systems
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of intermediate (advanced) statistics
  • Experience with business intelligence software applications such as Tableau or Qlikview is desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet modeling
  • Experience with data analysis packages/tools such, as SQL, R etc. are must haves
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Site Catalyst will be preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, SAGE etc is a huge plus

Summary
This role will drive revenue growth and profitability through the delivery of customer satisfaction (through ROI and intelligence) and by leveraging data/insight to identify incremental opportunity through optimisation. This Media Trading Strategist will take ownership of a patch of business, which together with the corresponding Client Success Manager, they will be tasked with maintaining and growing. We seek candidates with exceptional analytical and communication skills. This person will be a power user of our proprietary, and also third-party, programmatic trading platforms – consulting with the sales team and clients on how to best achieve and exceed their objectives. In this critical role, the employee will be responsible for supporting clients in the design, launch, and overall management and optimisation of campaigns running through the trading platform, becoming the trusted “go to person” for all partners associated with active campaigns and making sure day-to-day relationship communications and project details are executed flawlessly. This will consist mainly of client-facing information discovery, translation of learning’s to strategic and tactical recommendations, campaign execution and optimisation, knowledge on campaign best practices, and problem solving. This role sits within the Trading & Operations team under The Studio, our Manged Services business.


Description

  • Deliver digital campaign performance and success against specified business key performance indicators (‘KPI’s’).
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of daily client performance.
  • Deliver daily insight and recommendations to drive campaign and sales decision-making. Core KPI’s include those related to campaign fulfilment (e.g. eCPM, eCPC, eCPA, etc..), ROI performance, profitability and qualitative service-focused measures plus the delivery of ad-hoc analysis to unlock incremental campaign performance and/or revenue (e.g. Case Studies and examples).
  • Prepare reporting for presentation to both internal stakeholders and clients as required by the direct and wider sales teams (e.g. intelligence, case studies, product roadmap). Where client requests will ordinarily by communicated via the Sales team, this aspect of the role does provides the opportunity for the Media Trading Strategist to engage with clients directly by attending meetings with the Sales team.
  • Support the Trading Lead in defining, planning and delivering the ‘best practice’ framework (tasks, schedules, processes) through which the Trading & Operations team will work.
  • Have a good understanding the online media marketplace: who is our competition, what is their approach and value proposition?
  • The Trading & Operations team, under the stewardship of the Regional Lead is responsible for extracting maximum value from the extensive datasets aggregated in order to maximise value for our clients. The Data Scientist will provide the Media Trading Strategist with detailed insights on actionable optimisation opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to troubleshoot technical issues.


Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in related field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc..) or equivalent substantial work experience strongly preferred
  • In depth knowledge or experience in using trading platforms (DBM, AppNexus, MediaMath, Amobee, etc..) preferred
  • Experience in digital media planning and buying, with experience in managing large and medium-sized clients
  • Advanced usage of Excel
  • Knowledge of the English language is a must
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in numbers. Experience in quantitative analysis & statistical modelling preferred
  • Consultative, with strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills

Role

  • Design, build CtrlShift’s sophisticated digital advertising platform features with core emphasis on front end technologies

  • Work with the UX team members, backend engineers for continuous development and deployment
